There are two styles in the beer world that are so similar and difficult to define that brewers argue about them all the time: the cold IPA and the India pale lager. Wanting to analyze the styles more closely, the head brewers at White Labs Brewing and Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station got together and brewed one of each using the same German lager yeast strain.
