This week’s featured brewery is a first-timer out of the North County, Tipping Pint Brewing. Working out of a brewery within Carruth Cellars‘ production winery, this product of a Pizza Port veteran has been churning out quality beer somewhat under the radar for the past few years. And come May 1, those brews will be available beside the brews (coffee, that is) at Carlsbad’s venerable Vinaka Café. Tune in for info on that, plus tasting notes on Tipping Pint’s hoppy Mexican-style lager, Juan Mar, and an imperial stout called Crow Constellations. Cheers to local, independent craft beer!
