Everywhere Nothing in the Way | West Coast IPA (7%): A drop from Everywhere Beer is always cause for celebration around here! Jeremy Grinkey and his crew showered us with a plethora of imaginative and delicious beers, not least among them this double dry-hopped West Coast IPA. Nothing in the Way is brewed with strictly Pilsner malt for a lean body and gifted with a mélange of Citra, Krush, Nectaron and Riwaka. With their predilection for New Zealand hops mixed in with Pacific Northwest varietals, this is an Everywhere beer par excellence.

Ghost Town Shovel Ready | Hoppy Pilsner (5.8%): The phrase “shovel ready” typically refers to planned infrastructure projects that are all ready to go which just need initial funding allocated in order to commence. In the hands of Ghost Town, however, with the brewery’s familiar macabre nomenclature and iconography, this transforms into something much more ominous. In any event, this hoppy lager is loaded with shovelfuls of Citra and Mosaic. Can you dig it?

Ayinger Oktoberfest-Märzen | Märzen (%): I have had the distinct privilege of tasting scores of Märzens over the years and yet Ayinger Oktoberfest-Märzen remains my absolute favorite. In fact, there is no beer that I more look forward to every year as autumn approaches. The brewery is located in the eponymous village of Aying, directly south of Munich. The beer itself is a coppery, goldenrod hue and completely clear. Bready barley-malts, light caramel and a whiff of chestnuts appear in the aroma. The bottom-fermenting lager yeast, as well as the lagering process itself, make for an astonishingly bright finish, crisp and clean. We will be featuring this beer on draft at Bottlecraft North Park next Friday, September 26, with a selection of Ayinger-branded glassware included in the price of your pint to take home thereafter. Prost!
