Gene Fielden | North Park Bottlecraft Manager

Everywhere Bottlecraft Turns Twelve | West Coast IPA (6%): One dozen years of Bottlecraft! We are celebrating the occasion this Saturday the 24th with an incredible draft list, Cantillon bottle-pours and the release of our 12th anniversary IPA. This year’s partner brewery is relative newcomer, Everywhere Beer Co., which has impressed us mightily since debuting not long ago in Orange. A crisp, light-bodied take on the West Coast IPA, it boasts Cascade hops grown in New Zealand as well as Citra, Citra Incognito, Motueka and Riwaka. I’m looking forward to seeing everybody this weekend!

Fieldwork King Citra | Hazy Double IPA (8.7%): A Fieldwork drop is quite rare around here and usually consists strictly of kegs. We receive cans as little as once a year, making the occasion all the more delectable. King Citra is a burly and all-too-hazy double IPA with our old favorite, Citra, at the forefront for a hit of Key limesicle density. As a native of Berkeley, I am always thrilled when Fieldwork Brewing comes to town. Join me in hailing the king!

Mother Earth / Bale Breaker Four Seasons Summer | West Coast Double IPA (8.5%): Located in the heart of Yakima and founded by a hops-growing family, Bale Breaker is one of the finest breweries in Washington State. All of the beer they produce is consumed locally, however, which makes this collab a special treat for us down here in Southern California. Though Mother Earth Brew Co. is headquartered in Vista, a second production facility opened in Nampa, Idaho some years back, staking a claim to the Pacific Northwest, as well. This double IPA is loaded with Citra, Galaxy and the new face, HBC 586, which will surely earn a trademark name soon.
