Everywhere From the Unseen | Hazy IPA (6.8%): Someone really ought to get around to giving HBC 586 a trademarked name soon! This proprietary hop has been popping up all over the place, as brewers and drinkers alike are entranced by its ostinato of fruit aromas. Everywhere utilizes it to great effect in this hazy IPA, building a quartet with Citra, Nectaron and Nelson, with Phantasm powder as the basso profundo. Enjoy while listening to your favorite chamber music!

Gold Dot Export Lager | Dortmunder Export (5.6%): Hot on the heels of the initial drop of Gold Dot, a second pulse has come through! The latest SKU is the sort of pale lager for which parent company Heater Allen is known. With a softer, rounder malt basis and increased ABV as compared to most pilsners, the Dortmunder Export Lager is a sadly overlooked style emanating from the eponymous industrial city of Dortmund in western Germany.

Bottle Logic / GOAL. Infinite Variables | Barrel-aged Pastry Stout (12.7%): Bottle Logic out of Anaheim has made a name for themselves far and wide with their Stasis series of barrel-aged stouts and barleywines, often with esoteric combinations of ingredients. Some of their concepts explicitly start by choosing a dessert and reverse-engineering it into beer form. This is one such occasion! In conjunction with San Diego’s very own GOAL Brewing, Infinite Variables is inspired by carioca. Not the demonym for the residents of Rio de Janeiro, but rather the Filipino pastry consisting of fried rice fritters coated with coconut and caramel. Aged up in Heaven Hill barrels for sixteen months with additions of coconut, marshmallows, toasted rice and vanilla, this is altogether toothsome stout.
