The yet-to-be-named rauchbier (smoked beer in Deutsch) needs to lager a little longer, but is already showing signs of amazingness. Swing by the San Marcos brewery to give it a taste when it debuts along with Blue Fire’s equally German-style festbier on Thursday, September 25, smack dab in the middle of the autumnal celebratory season that is Oktoberfest!
