A toast to trees and brews

Tree San Diego, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to urban forestry and sustainable communities, is thrilled to announce a special partnership with Thorn Brewing for a festive gathering like no other. Join us December 8 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Thorn’s Barrio Logan tasting room as we raise our glasses to celebrate the launch of a new beer brewed collaboratively with Carlsbad-based Burgeon Beer Co., Pine Hollows IPA, and Tree San Diego’s remarkable tree-planting accomplishments and their positive impact on the community.

The 2023 Holiday Happy Hour promises to be an evening of good cheer, great beer and a commitment to our environment. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the delicious offerings of a food truck on-site while mingling with fellow tree enthusiasts and craft beer aficionados.

This collaboration between Thorn and Tree San Diego not only celebrates the launch of Pine Hollows IPA but also highlights the critical work Tree San Diego is doing in our community. The organization has been tirelessly planting trees and creating green, sustainable spaces throughout San Diego. Together, we can raise a glass and acknowledge the tremendous positive impact these endeavors have had on our environment and quality of life.

As a token of our appreciation, all attendees, whether longtime friends of Tree San Diego or newcomers, will receive a free tree sapling to take home and plant, nurturing our commitment to a greener and healthier future.
