What would you expect a craft brewery to do when celebrating its 11-year anniversary? Brew an 11% beer, right? That’s logical thinking, but rather than amp up the alcohol, Miramar-based Duck Foot Brewing has brewed Wicked Coast, a 5% West Coast IPA with the hop presence of a much larger beer. Why? So attendees of today‘s anniversary festival at their Miramar HQ can enjoy either of two three-hour sessions without having to duck out early due to over-inebriation. Listen in as the crew shares details about that IPA, the fest and another beer that’ll be on tap at the latter, a German-style dark ale called Darkwing Dunkel.
