Gene Fielden at Bottlecraft North Park

Gene Fielden | Bottlecraft North Park Manager

After a nine-month hiatus, Moonlight Brewing out of Santa Rosa has just dropped off a bevy of old favorites and new recipes alike! We will be featuring them in a tap takeover at Bottlecraft North Park on Tuesday, November 11, a federal holiday. See you then!

Moonlight Homegrown | Wet Hop Pale Ale (5.8%): The very first wet-hopped beer we have received from Moonlight! Even more intriguingly, the hops originate in Sebastopol, a stone’s throw from the brewery’s Santa Rosa headquarters. With a sturdy pale ale malt basis, this beer is floral and earthy, with all of the essential oils preserved. Dare to grow your own!

Moonlight Twilight Drift | Hoppy Pilsner (5.3%): A new Pilsner from the Santa Rosans! Having already distinguished themselves mightily in the lager space for decades, the crew at Moonlight have graced us with a West Coast Pilsner. Double dry-hopped with a mélange of Citra, Columbus, Nelson and Simcoe, this is a highly aromatically hoppy Pilsner, with that requisite clean lager finish.

Moonlight Wee Nibble | Belgian-style Table Beer (4.8%): Among the recurring seasonal offerings from Moonlight, Wee Nibble is a personal favorite of mine ‒ I was delighted to see it on the sales-sheet. This one is for those who love expressive Belgian yeast but also low-ABV (alcohol-by-volume) offerings. The brewery’s signature monochromatic aesthetic and large font make this one instantly recognizable, being a bright magenta tone that ricochets around the room. A gold medalist at the 2022 Great American Beer Festival, this one can be consumed in multiples!

Cheers to Moonlight!
