It seemed like a fantasy when two Ballast Point Brewing vets went out on their own and opened their own Vista beer-making operation paying homage to ales, lagers, fantasy and tabletop games. Eight years later, that dream is very much a reality for the founders of BattleMage Brewing, one which is bolstered by die-hard fans as enamored by D&D, Game of Thrones and Magic the Gathering as they are.
