Pinthouse Electric Jellyfish | Hazy IPA (6.5%): The debut of Pinthouse Brewing in California! The skull-and-crossbones motif has shown up on collaborations with some of our favorite California breweries in the past, but this is the first time that beers brewed in Texas have materialized. In a city filled with lagers, this Austin operation stands out for its exemplary IPAs. This core hazy IPA boasts a rogue’s gallery of hops varietals: Azacca, Chinook, Citra, Ekuanot, Galaxy and Simcoe. The end effect is wildly tropical. Join me in welcoming Pinthouse to our shelves and taps!

Enegren / Green Cheek American Reinheitsgebot | German-style Pilsner (5.2%): Cementing their position at the forefront of innovation in modern lagers, Enegren Brewing showcases domestically sourced ingredients in the annual American Reinheitsgebot release. Every year, a different lager-focused partner brewery joins up with Enegren to create an entirely new recipe. The 2025 offering is a German-style Pilsner in collaboration with Green Cheek, replete with Crystal and Krush hops for a gently fruit-forward, aromatic ensemble atop an elegant lager base. Prost!

Highland Park Griffith | Imperial Coffee Stout (13.5%): A mainstay of the Los Angeles craft brewing scene, Highland Park Brewery is not often seen south of the Orange Curtain. It is all the more exciting that we were able to obtain a few cans of their annual stout release Griffith! Brewed in conjunction with the Thomas Pynchon-themed roaster Trystero, this huge fudgy stout was given a healthy dose of Guji Gigesa, a natural-process Ethiopian coffee. Enjoy in the late afternoon, after a nap.
