Last month, South Park welcomed a brand-new bar and restaurant from the minds behind Bottlecraft and Biersal. Going by the name Bock, it celebrates Germany’s bierhalle culture with cozy environs, delectable Deutsch delicacies and a long list of imported and local beers, including a pair brewed specifically for the venue by San Diego’s foremost lager brewer, Doug Hasker from Puesto Cerveceria.
