This week is all about making Hopnonymous Brewing a little less anonymous. Since opening in a Kearny Mesa spot first popularized by Council Brewing, they’ve made it their own and made lots of friends and regulars along the way. So many that they recently added a shaded outdoor patio to help comfortably fit all of them. Listen along as the crew digs into a pair of their beers, a New Zealand-hopped Pilsner called Hoppin’ Pils and a hazy double IPA dubbed Solitary Company, and demystifies beer terms such as “crispy” and “juicy”.
