Looking for something new, the next cool thing in the realm of San Diego County beer? Well, look no further than the just-opened Weir Beer. Installed by a husband-and-wife duo in the former Vista home of Helia Brewing, the rookie biz is quickly winning over fans of beer, hard seltzer and ’90s nostalgia. On this edition of Beer for Breakfast, the crew gets their palates around a blue-raspberry hard seltzer called Haterade (find out why this official Florida State viewing venue calls it that) and a terpene-bomb West Coast IPA named “I Don’t Get Angry When My Mom Smokes Pot”. Beers don’t get any more 91X than that. Cheers to local, independent craft beer!
Weir Beer is located at 1250 Keystone Way in Vista
