Halloween is all about spooktacular costume parties and hanging on the front porch hooking youngsters up with free confectionery treats. Both of those activities are made better with the addition of beer, and in this segment of Beer for Breakfast, the crew tastes their way through two Halloween-inspired beers from Escondido-based Stone Brewing. Get their takes on a strong dark German-style lager with maple syrup and bourbon-soaked oak chips called Ghoulish Delights, plus a history lesson inspired by Stone Enjoy By 10.31.24 Hazy IPA, then “treat” yourself to either (or both) of these specialty beers at one of their four San Diego County locations. Perhaps during their 28th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, November 2 at their Escondido homebase?
