With Stone Brewing‘s (gasp) 27th anniversary on the horizon, Brewmaster Paul Segura thought it would be a good idea to bring a couple of their beers on the show. The crew kicks off their tasting with a big celebratory offering, the New Zealand-hopped Stone 27th Anniversary Lemon Shark Double IPA, followed by a real mouthful, Stone Brewmastered LS Anniv (VOL. X). That last one’s a whiskey-barrel-aged American strong ale inspired by iconic brew, Arrogant Bastard. Both will be available at an anniversary festival being held at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station on September 23, so listen in then make plans to head out to that sudsy celebration.
