It’s been a month for the team at Societe Brewing…in a good way. The Kearny Mesa-based company spent the entire month of June celebrating its 11-year anniversary. The least the Beer for Breakfast crew could do was join in with a congratulatory toast or two, so Brewmaster Paul Segura brought in a pair of Societe beers. Get an earful as the gang tastes their way through the recently re-released Czech-style pilsner, The Heiress, followed by year-round crusher, Light Beer. The latter will be the official beer of this year’s OMBAC Over the Line Tournament, which will take place on Fiesta Island, July 15 and 16. Looks like July’s going to be a month, too!
