There’s a brand-new local brewery opening today and it goes by the name GOAL. Brewing. Located in North Park’s Brewery Igniter facility, its name is an acronym standing for Get Out and Live, and it’s brewing program is headed by veteran Derek Gallanosa (Moksa Brewing, Abnormal Beer Co., Karl Strauss Brewing). Brewmaster Paul hit up GOAL.’s friends-and-family preview and brought back a pair of beers for the crew to try, a Helles-style lager called Suchen, and a West Coast IPA hopped with Mosaic Cryo and Simcoe dubbed Speed Yellow. Get early takes on those beers then head to North Park to be among the first to try these first draft.
