This week, the Beer for Breakfast crew is joined by Jeff Lozano from Ballast Point Brewing, who came on-air to talk about a grand fete happening today, the tenth anniversary of the company’s brewery and taproom in Little Italy. As part of that celebration, Ballast Point brought back some of its brewing alumni to collaborate on specialty beers that will be on tap at the party. Listen in as the gang tastes two of them, starting with an India pale lager (IPL or Cold IPA, if you please) called Hop Soda, followed by Barometer Drop Baltic-style porter, then beat feet down to Little Italy for a shindig that’s sure to be a winner.
