Last week as professional brewers from 17 San Diego County breweries converged in the brewhouse at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station to brew a special IPA for the 2024 San Diego Beer News Awards, they were joined by 10 News. Roving reporter Marie Coronel pulled San Diego Beer News founder Brandon Hernández and 20-year Stone veteran Kris Ketcham aside to talk about the county’s reputation for beer and its economic impact on the region and the state of California as a whole.
